Our 25,000 sq ft Thunder Bay plant is purpose-built for modular fabrication, with dedicated stations for framing, envelope, and finishes. Every module clears structured quality checkpoints before it ships.
ModBox NWO Inc., also known as ModBox Modular, is a Canadian company. Every home we build leaves that plant at 1820 Bailey Ave in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and we are not affiliated with similarly named modular builders operating elsewhere in North America.

A long-awaited temporary shelter village for people experiencing homelessness in Thunder Bay is finally operational, with the first residents set to move in on Friday. The village at 879 Alloy Place consists of 80 sleeping cabins and common buildings built by Thunder Bay company ModBox Modular.
