• copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or other users’ access;
• use the Site for unlawful, infringing, or deceptive activity;
• upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

All content on the Site — including text, photography, renderings, drawings, logos, the ModBox name, and the “ModBox Modular” brand — is the property of ModBox NWO Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use any of it without our prior written permission, except for limited personal browsing of the Site.

Models, floor plans, specifications, square footages, finishes, photographs, renderings, lead times, and pricing shown on the Site are provided for general information only. They are not a quote, offer, or contract. Final scope, materials, and pricing for any project are set out in a written proposal and contract signed by both parties. We may update or discontinue any model or specification at any time.

When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out to us, you authorize us to respond by email, phone, or text using the information you provide. Submitting a form does not create a contractual obligation or guarantee that we will accept the project. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services (for example, mapping, social platforms, or partner organizations). We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModBox NWO Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold ModBox NWO Inc. harmless from any claim, demand, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. You agree that the courts located in Thunder Bay, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
