In Pikangikum alone we've delivered 17 projects: a community fitness centre lifted into place on site, six turn-key teacher housing units across three duplexes built in 90 days for the Pikangikum Education Authority, plus school additions, workforce housing, and an ambulance garage.
Every module is engineered for the northern envelope — high-R wall and roof assemblies, sealed against wind-driven snow — and scheduled around the highway, ice-road, or barge window the community can actually receive on.
