PROJECT BRIEF

Five turn-key homes — two 2-bedroom and three 1-bedroom / studio — built in 90 days at the Thunder Bay yard and shipped up the winter ice road for Pikangikum Education Authority staff.

SCOPE OF WORK

Five homes, fully finished in our Thunder Bay factory and delivered on a tight winter-road window. Inspected, sealed, and ready to be occupied the day they land on their foundations.

Kitchens, baths and bedrooms are fully built out at the Thunder Bay yard. The only thing left for site is hooking up power and water.

Winter-road convoy

Loaded on step-decks and convoyed up the seasonal ice road.
